At VKW LTD we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Every handbag is inspected with care before dispatch — should your purchase not meet your expectations, we welcome you to return it under the terms outlined below.
Our Promise
You may return most items purchased from VKWLTD.shop within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Returns initiated after this period cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition — with all tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and protective packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For reasons of hygiene, customisation, or supplier agreement, the following are not eligible for return:
- Personalised or monogrammed handbags
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging and accessories

Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or sent in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service — VKW LTD cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original method of payment.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is the result of our error or a faulty item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your handbag arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a complimentary return and issue a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures the fastest possible service and availability of your desired piece.
