Every VKW LTD order is prepared and dispatched with the same care as the piece inside. Below you will find our delivery options, timeframes, and everything you need to know about receiving your handbag.
Order Processing
Orders placed on VKWLTD.shop are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email — containing your tracking number — once it has been dispatched.
Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery services. The available options and final cost will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.
Complimentary on orders of £50.00 and over. Tracked service across mainland UK.
Priority dispatch with tracked express service across the UK.
Tracked international delivery to European destinations.
Fully tracked service to worldwide destinations.
Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination address and the service selected. The total delivery charge will be shown clearly before you confirm payment.
From time to time we may offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders — any such promotions will be displayed on the website or communicated to subscribers of our mailing list.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you have not received a dispatch notification within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer care team.
International Orders
We are pleased to ship VKW handbags to customers around the world. Please note the following for international deliveries:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout
- Customs procedures may extend delivery times beyond the estimates provided
- We cannot predict or reimburse charges levied by the destination country
- Orders refused by the recipient due to customs charges may be returned to us, subject to return shipping fees
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If you need to amend your address after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible — we will do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
Failed Delivery & Missed Parcels
Our courier partners will attempt delivery and, where unsuccessful, will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collection from a local depot. Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period will be returned to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
While rare, parcels can occasionally be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
When reporting a damaged parcel, please retain the original packaging and include photographs of both the outer box and the item itself. This information is essential for courier claims.
Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address provided. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once payment has been received in full and the order has been dispatched.
